Production Time: Once your order items are ready, we promptly ship them out using priority mail. Worldwide shipping times depend on where you are located in the world.

I need a Return or Exchange?
We truly believe we have the best products within the automotive YouTube world. If you don't have a positive experience for any reason, we will do whatever it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Buying items online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there is absolutely ZERO risk in buying something and trying it out. If you don't like it, no hard feelings; we'll make it right.

No-Hassle Return Policy:
- Returns must be unworn.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
- Once your package arrives at our facility, we will process it within 3-5 business days and then refund you for the full amount if you meet all the criteria above.
- Once we process your return, the refunded amount will be transferred back onto the payment used to place the order, or you will be given store credit if preferred.
Need a different size, design, or want to upgrade an item? Be sure to keep the item in pristine (unworn) condition. We do not pay for the shipping back to our facility, but we won't charge you for any additional shipping and everything else it takes to get your new items back to you. Please contact us via our contact page to request an exchange.
How long does a refund take?
Upon receipt of a returned item, we will ensure processing within two normal business days. We will then debit the payment card, or the PayPal account if this was used. This typically takes three working days with most payment providers & institutions.
How long will an exchange take to get back to me?
We know how boring it can be waiting for items to get delivered, especially when you have to wait twice. So we try to expedite the process as much as possible, initialising the creation of your new item as soon as we are notified. Expect normal shipping times as above.
I received a damaged or incorrect item, what can I do?
If you received a damaged/defective item and would like to exchange it, we will exchange it at no extra cost to you and pay for all shipping fees.

I made a mistake in my shipping address, or I choose an incorrect size, is it too late to change it?
